This is now going to be a journal used for a project of mine.
I cam to Bard 83 pounds. Too little!
I gained weight. Looked great at 100, and even at 110
Then things started going downhill. I got back to 116.
I was 116 until that Summer: then I went to Israe
I came back 122.
I met Patrick and now I'm 129.
I want to go back to 110. Now, let's make this reasonable. It's going to take work for sure.
Right now it's sadly already 21 March.
If I lose 2 pounds a week (I'll make a food list for this later) I will lose 19 pounds in about 9 weeks.
So, that's 2 months. If I start today and don't take a break or make a single mistake I will hopefully by 110 by June 1. That is the goal.
I can do this. I have kind of started the last few days, gotten into the mentality, but I must continue, continue, continue.
At this point, I want nothing more.
So, I have to figure out a food situation and a work-out situation. Today I will work out for an hour at least plus weights and abs. It will be hard starting but I know if I have a strict workout and eating schedule I will be fine.
For beginners, no snacks in between meals unless I make the meals really small.
I have to keep track of what I eat !!!! (which I have been)
So, let's begin. Starting today I want my food intake to not exceed 1,200 calories but not be underneath 900 calories. I must pay attention to everything I eat. I already eat really healthily, the only problem is the amount.
So let's do this. I will record how I feel mentally here every day to make sure I'm staying on track. Before I eat any snacks I must check in here with you ! And how I'm going to do this with Patrick? It will be hard for sure, but I must do it.
I have done it before, I love being thin! I will do it again!

So this is exactly how i feel right now.
Im in this room, with 50 people. All being people I know. All the people on my friends list for example... and some of my others friends too. And, Im in this room.. and everyones talking... and all the while, i feel like im in the center of the room... and im trying to reach people, to touch them... and im yelling at the top of my lungs, and no one even looks up. No one realizes im even talking.

Hung out with Cait today. It was raad<3 we went to the mall. i got leg warmers.. black.. soo hot. umm. we saw this guy in the vans store, and he kept checking us out. lol. so we went to wave to him, and he turned around!! it was HILARIOUS. i almost died from laughing. heh. it was a great great day...we have to get a bus there again cait.
I WANT TO BE WHERE LOVE IS REAL.

I swear I'd rip my heart out if you said you'd be impressed.
I feel useless. farenheight 451. turns out its called that because a book page burns at 451 degrees... umm. the book is AMAZING. its like about how in the future books are banned and firemen instead of putting out flames start them and they elimiate all books to keep peoples minds stupid and under control. its an incredible book. umm. i have so much to do before school starts. i kinda dont want to go back.
PS. everything goes downhill from here.
